Free 14-day Return Policy

Product is not what you expected? Chose the wrong time to purchase? As much as we would love for you to keep and enjoy the item you bought from, we understand that sometimes it’s necessary for you to return it. That is why we offer a free 14-day return policy; customers can return the item they purchased from within fourteen (14) days of receiving their product. We want to ensure our customers their item can be quickly and easily returned if they have a change of mind. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to the Jowry team and we encourage our customers to contact us with any issues regarding their purchases.


The purchased item(s) can be returned given the following requirements are met:

  • item is in it’s original state and condition from the time it was purchased and received
  • any related accessories are components are sent back with the item
  • item is returned with the original packaging

* Items on have a one year guarantee unless stated otherwise.

It is the customer’s responsibility to keep track of which items are marked non-returnable before purchasing. Clearance items are also included in this category.

How To Return An Item

Customers can request to return a purchase using our self-service system on our website. Customers can also e-mail us or call us directly at our toll free number: 1-xxxxx.

To make an online return:

  1. Visit and log on to your account. Go under the “Orders” tab.
  2. Select the order number containing the item(s) you want to return and select “Return Items”.
  3. Check the specific item(s) you want to return and state the reason/reasons for returning it.
  4. Click “Create Return”. This will open a separate window containing your prepaid label. A return confirmation will be sent to your registered address confirming your return request and will serve as your return packing slip.
  5. Print both the prepaid label and the confirmation; both are needed to complete the return. Attach the prepaid label onto the box that contain the returnable items and place the confirmation inside the box.

Right to Return

  • All items are eligible for return if they do not match the advertised product, are faulty, damaged, and/or missing components.
  • Customers’ Right to Return begins the day the item is received and signed for. The Right to Return time frame is the same as the free 14-day return policy.


  • Customers will receive a full monetary refund for their returned item(s). Credited refunds take up to 2-3 business days to appear on your statements.
  • In the wake of a refund, it will happen through the original mode of payment only guarantees that returning your item is as easy as a click of a button. Our goal is to make your online shopping experience as effortless and hassle-free as possible.
